Booking Terms and Conditions for Sunway Lagoon Tickets
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion. Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received and processed.
2.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated
- Prices include applicable taxes and fees
2.3 Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and paid for, the price will not change unless you request modifications to your booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
- More than 24 hours before visit: Full refund
- 24-48 hours before visit: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before visit: No refund
- No-show: No refund
3.2 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to:
- Park closure due to weather or safety reasons
- Technical issues or maintenance
- Force majeure events
- Other circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative dates.
3.3 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Ticket Usage and Validity
4.1 Ticket Validity
- Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified
- Tickets are non-transferable
- Photo ID may be required for ticket verification
- Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced
4.2 Park Rules and Regulations
All visitors must comply with Sunway Lagoon's rules and regulations, including:
- Height and age requirements for attractions
- Dress code and behavior standards
- Prohibited items and activities

5. Liability and Disclaimers

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tickets. We are not liable for:

- Loss of enjoyment or disappointment

We are not responsible for:
- Park closures or attraction downtime
- Weather conditions affecting your visit
- Changes to park operating hours or attractions
- Long queues or wait times
